Performance Test Engineer

Role: Performance Tester

Description:

Minimum 6 years’ performance testing/engineering experience in a similar role managing performance and data specialists. 

Delivering engaging and successful presentations in client pitches. 

Experience in software Performance testing with good knowledge in Neoload tool. (Must Have)

Managing day-to-day digital senior client contact and owning performance strategy and delivery in collaboration with the specialist in-house team. 

***Good knowledge in Dynatrace. (Must Have)***

Experience with Amdocs Solution(CRM,OMS,AMQ) is must.

Should have exposure to test strategy and plan, test design and test execution.

Should have good communication and presentation skills.

Mentoring the performance team with insightful developmental feedback to team members and colleagues with periodic reviews. 

Ensuring strong day-to-day task delegation of tasks to effectively manage workloads and pressures. 

Fostering a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the company.
