Senior Software Engineer - Golang

About the Role:
As a Senior Golang Developer, you will design and develop high-performance backend systems that drive innovation in the utilities sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient solutions while ensuring reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Golang.
- Collaborate with teams to implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with 3+ years in Golang.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Proficient in Git and version control.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the utilities or energy sector.
- Familiar with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
