What You’ll Do

• Own the product development roadmap and timetables, deliver high-quality, market-ready solutions.
• Apply project management best practices to plan, prioritize, and deliver initiatives effectively.
• Ensure smooth execution using project management tools.
• Lead usability and UX/UI improvements to ensure our products are simple, user-friendly, and loved by customers.
• Utilize data and insights to inform product decisions and enhance user journeys.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver on time and with impact.
• Lead and inspire a product team of product owners, analysts, QA, UX/UI Designers.
• Participating in stakeholders management meetings, reporting about product management status.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading product development in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and hands-on experience with tools like Jira, or Confluence, Figma.
• Strong background in usability, UX/UI, and customer-focused design.
• A data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
• Track record of successfully launching and upgrading products.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with a passion for hands-on execution.
