What You'll Be Doing
As a Kubernetes Developer, you’ll work on building and optimising containerised environments with a strong focus on automation and development. This role goes beyond system administration, requiring a true developer’s mindset to contribute to open-source features, troubleshoot issues, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Develop and enhance solutions using Kubernetes and KubeVirt.
- Work on automation, DevOps practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and open-source feature development.
- Troubleshoot, patch, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure documentation and best practices are followed across the development lifecycle.
- Higher education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and KubeVirt.
- Practical knowledge of automation, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC.
- Ability to develop and contribute beyond traditional sysadmin tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with patch management.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
