Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic eFront Software Engineer / Developer (IT Consultant) :

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the eFront platform and Petal reporting tool.
• Configure and parameterize eFront modules, ensuring smooth alignment with fund accounting and reporting processes.
• Develop and optimize Petal-based reports and dashboards for fund operations and regulatory requirements.
• Create scripts, interfaces, and data transformation routines to enable seamless data exchange between eFront, Petal, and other systems.
• Translate functional requirements provided by Business Analysts and Operations into robust technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot incidents, provide technical support, and implement fixes or enhancements in production environments.
• Participate in testing phases (SIT, UAT), including automation where applicable, and support go-live deployments.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards (secure coding, documentation, version control).
• Contribute to system upgrades, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives for eFront and Petal.

How do we imagine our future eFront Software Engineer / Developer (IT Consultant) ?

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with strong eFront platform expertise (configuration, customization, integration).
• Petal reporting tool expertise: report design, customization, and integration with eFront .
• Solid understanding of fund industry operations (Fund Accounting, Private Equity, Real Estate, Debt, Infrastructure).
• Strong programming/scripting skills (SQL, VBA, .NET, or similar technologies commonly used in eFront ).
• Experience in data modeling, database optimization, and ETL/data integration.
• Familiarity with APIs, web services, and interfacing eFront with financial systems.
• Experience with regulatory and investor reporting in the fund industry.
• Knowledge of additional fund administration systems (Multifonds, Investran, Yardi, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
