Tasks

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify user pain points, opportunities, and emerging trends.
• Gather and prioritize user feedback to improve functionality, UX, and retention.
• Develop feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; oversee delivery with engineering teams.
• Work with UX/UI designers to ensure data-driven, intuitive design.
• Monitor app analytics, KPIs, and performance to inform product decisions.
• Oversee app operations: deployment, maintenance, customer support, and stability tracking.
• Optimize workflows, automation, and release processes for efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools and external partners (APIs, cloud platforms).
• Manage compliance with data security and privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2).
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success to boost adoption and retention.
• Maintain feedback loops between users and development for rapid improvement.
• Prepare training materials, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (app environment preferred)
• Bachelor’s in business or management-related field (preferred)
• Excellent English; German or Russian a plus
