Network Security Manager

As MAC’s Network & Security Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network and information security infrastructure across 140+ clubs, offices, and cloud environments. You will lead a team of engineers and work closely with the CTO to ensure operational excellence, data protection, and business continuity across our entire digital and physical ecosystem.

You will take ownership of network architecture, cyber security operations, and vendor relationships—building a scalable, secure, and high-performance foundation that supports MAC’s rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the network & security team; ensure best practices across all layers of infrastructure
• Design and maintain secure, redundant, and high-availability network topologies, including SD-WAN and VPN structures
• Manage and optimize firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and DDoS protection mechanisms (e.g. Forti, CheckPoint, Cloudflare)
• Oversee our Security Operations Center (SOC) and ensure timely threat detection, incident response, and reporting
• Monitor and enhance Data Loss Prevention, Secure File Transfer, and SIEM solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, Digital) to enable secure development, deployment, and operations
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans; drive remediation and compliance efforts
• Evaluate emerging technologies and manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers
• Ensure business continuity by managing 2FA, endpoint protection, and backup connectivity systems
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices for AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, including IAM, encryption, and monitoring
• Introduce and champion Zero Trust and modern security frameworks to enhance resilience
• Leverage automation and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) to improve monitoring, incident response, and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in network and cyber security roles, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead capacity
• Deep knowledge of Forti products (Firewall, WAF, SD-WAN, Load Balancer), CheckPoint IPS, Cloudflare, Crowdstrike, and related technologies
• Proven experience in operating or overseeing a SOC and working with SIEM and DLP solutions
• Strong understanding of secure network architecture, monitoring tools, VPN, and remote access control
• Hands-on experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience working in multi-site environments (retail, fitness, or distributed operations is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical risks into business impact
• Familiarity with compliance and data protection laws (KVKK, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
