Available vacancy in our office Białystok, Poland: Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, fine-tune computer vision and machine learning models, with a focus on real-time performance on an edge device.
• Be responsible for projects end-to-end: from proof-of-concept to data collection, processing, quality assurance, to training and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in computer vision and machine learning in general
• Collaborate closely with Product, Software Engineering, and Data Annotation teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of industry or research experience in computer vision, machine learning, or data science
• Proficiency in Python, Pytorch/Tensorflow, scikit-learn, OpenCV
• Solid understanding of fundamentals of probability/statistics, ML/DL models, and programming best practices
• Familiarity with reproducibility practices (code, model, data versioning)

Nice to have:

• Education in a quantitative field (computer science, statistics/mathematics, engineering, etc.)
• Familiarity with model optimization (e.g. pruning, quantization)
• Experience with real-time applications or embedded systems

Language requirements:

• English at least B2
• Russian at least B2 (an advantage)
