Java Role : Java Technical Lead

Duration : 12 Months (Need to go to onsite 4 days week)

Location : Toronto, ON

Job Description:

• Need to have 8-10 Years of experience
• Looking for a technical lead, we need an individual with hands on experience with the items listed. Technical leadership background (i.e. leading a team of off-shore developers). Full stack development, leadership experience. Not looking for a people manager, but a technical leader.
• Extensive technical expertise in software engineering, system architecture, design, and deployment processes, with a strong focus on technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, Vue.js, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in utilizing project management tools to ensure efficient and organized workflows
• Must have experience overseeing end-to-end deployments, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production environments (full software development lifecycle)
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing distributed or offshore software development teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery across time zones.
• Provide expert technical guidance on database design, optimization, and management for relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Oversee and support frontend and backend development efforts to deliver high-quality, user-centric interfaces.
