AVP/VP – Business Manager, Digital Assets

About Our Client

Our client is a leading financial institution expanding its digital assets footprint in Asia. They are setting up a new capability in Singapore and are looking for a Digital Assets Manager to drive the rollout and strategy from the ground up. This is a newly created role with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role

You’ll lead the initial build of tokenisation infrastructure, work with external partners and vendors, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. From concept to pilot to launch, you’ll be the one coordinating across teams, managing vendors, and keeping projects on track. Beyond the build, you’ll shape governance, monitor market trends, and advise senior management on how to scale.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in digital assets, fintech, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with tokenisation projects, blockchain, custody or settlement.
• Strong project management and vendor handling skills.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore/Asia digital asset regulations.
• Entrepreneurial, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving space.
