Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Madrid. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, coordinating inspections, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders. The role requires proactive expediting, efficient handling of logistical operations, and detailed project documentation to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Experience with Expeditor tasks and inspection processes to monitor project quality and compliance.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee transportation and delivery operations effectively.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication and leadership skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
• Background in payment infrastructure or financial services is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or portuguese is highly desirable.
