Role and Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technology strategy and digital transformation agenda across Digital teams
• Develop and implement global architecture roadmaps to modernise the bank’s technology ecosystem
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including C-suite and Board members, to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of Strategy Leads and Architects, driving innovation, performance, and continuous improvement
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to create competitive advantage and future-proof the organisation’s digital capabilities

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT transformation within large, global organisations
• Proven leadership in digital transformation, particularly across infrastructure, platforms, and service management domains
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a history of influencing executive leadership and delivering strategic outcomes
• In-depth knowledge of financial services technologies, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), networks, digital workplace solutions, data platforms, AI and Generative AI
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, SAFe, ITIL Strategic Leader, and cloud provider accreditations
• Outstanding communication, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities.
