Our client is seeking a talented professional to join their Infrastructure Project Management Department. In this role, you will oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams and adherence to schedules and budgets. You will handle all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to final delivery, while prioritizing stakeholder satisfaction. Your ability to facilitate communication and decision-making among project participants will be key to success. Your self-reliance and practical approach will contribute to the deployment of infrastructure solutions that align with client expectations in terms of both functionality and delivery timeframes. Strong communication skills are essential to fostering effective relationships with all project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of one or more infrastructure projects, ensuring accountability and control.
  • Conduct initial analyses and prepare the necessary reports and documentation.
  • Organize and lead project planning sessions.
  • Assess infrastructure needs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive project specifications.
  • Create test plans, oversee their execution, and manage issue resolution.
  • Support the definition of infrastructure architectures.
  • Drive change management initiatives.
  • Develop project plans that align with goals, scope, and deadlines.
  • Proactively identify risks and devise mitigation strategies.
  • Track project progress and deliver detailed reporting.


Your profile:

  • Expertise in Cloud Azure, Modern Workplace (O365), and application web architecture.
  • Proven experience managing infrastructure projects, including deploying systems, monitoring network initiatives, implementing secure environments, and modifying workplace infrastructures.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to quickly grasp project goals and objectives.
  • Commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management.
  • Capable of offering innovative ideas and solutions.
  • French: Level C2
  • English: Level B1
