Now, with this HR Advisor role, we're taking our People team to the next level, operating within our fast-paced organisation to ensure we stay ahead of the competition.


Your focus in this HR Advisor role:

  • First point of contact for HR related employee and manager queries
  • Assist in the development of performance management systems, including appraisals and performance improvement plans
  • Support with implementation of changes related to organisational design
  • Coaching and supporting managers with people related processes
  • End to end management of employee relations cases
  • Communication of people policy and employment law changes
  • Delivery of cross functional Human Resource and wider business projects


What you'll need to bring to the grid as an HR Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a similar role at a fast paced organisation
  • Sound knowledge of up to date employment legislation and ability to demonstrate its practical application
  • Level 3 CIPD qualified or above
  • Ability to communicate well with all stakeholders using different mediums
  • Proactive with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30

Where you'll work: Hybrid working (4 days in office, 1 day working from home)
