Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring seamless transitions from pre-sales to support handover and final project completion.
• Develop customized project roadmaps, timelines, and service agreements to align with client requirements.
• Manage technical, operational, and financial aspects of customer project delivery.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to drive continuous improvements in delivery processes.
• Ensure delivery processes meet and exceed tier-1 customer expectations.

Qualifications

• You will be required to work end to end for the customers projects (Telecoms or Service Providers).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Agile / Waterfall.
• Internal and External stakeholder management
• You will need to have experience in road mapping, timeline & budget organisation, and strong leadership skills.
• Experience in managing projects in the Telecommunications /Service provider industry
• Excellent Communication skills
