Job Description

Our educational center is launching a new Game Development course for a Russian-speaking audience. We are looking for a practicing game developer to teach and mentor our first cohort of students. This is a perfect role for an industry expert who wants to share knowledge and gain teaching experience. We value real-world skills and a strong portfolio most of all.

Responsibilities

• Teach online classes and workshops in Russian to a group of beginners
• Guide students through the course material, using examples from your professional experience
• Review student homework and projects, providing clear and constructive feedback
• Support and motivate students throughout the course
• (Optional) Adapt and improve the existing course program based on your expertise

Requirements

• Professional experience in Game Development (3+ years)
• A strong portfolio of projects (please include a link in your application)
• Fluency in Russian (native or proficient level) to teach the course
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine or Unity
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and effectively

Nice to have

• Fluency in English (for potential future English-speaking groups)
• Any experience in mentoring, teaching, or public speaking
