Main Responsibilities

- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed features and technical tasks for engineering teams
- Design solutions and review architectural proposals, providing critical feedback on technical feasibility
- Communicate business needs clearly to technical teams while building their confidence and understanding
- Lead product components with a strong product mindset and delivery focus
- Work closely with Engineering Managers to ensure efficient creation of customer value
- Create actionable tasks by gathering requirements and thinking through implications
- Drive the execution of our technical roadmap
- Evaluate engineering designs to identify potential issues before implementation
- Coordinate releases and remove blockers, particularly for enterprise customers
- Proactively identify problems and implement pragmatic solutions to maintain delivery momentum
- Strong understanding of software engineering and system design principles (background in Software Development or Computer Science)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Product Owner with a proven track record of successful delivery
- Experience leading product initiatives and working directly with technical teams
- Ability to ask insightful technical questions and effectively evaluate engineering solutions
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to unite team members around common goals
- Proactive problem-finding approach and pragmatic decision-making abilities
- Speed and delivery-oriented mindset, focused more on outcomes than process
- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate between business and technical contexts
- Curiosity and interest in AI technologies (practical experience not required)
- Track record of translating business objectives into technical requirements
- Experience in a startup environment—delivering products from scratch and thriving under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions is a huge advantage
- Experience working in B2B environments is a plus
- Gross Salary 4700 - 6700 EUR/month
