As a Fullstack Developer At Upsales, You’ll Join a Tight-knit Team Of Brilliant Engineers Who Obsess Over Quality And Speed. You’ll
- Build powerful features end-to-end using React, Node.js, and the latest in AI tech
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow developers
- Work side-by-side with senior colleagues who’ve shipped world-class software
- Take full ownership of your code—from idea to production
- Help shape the architecture as we scale from CRM to AI-powered platform
- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate—because we move fast, and we love it that way
This role isn’t for everyone. We’re looking for a rare kind of builder:
- You’ve been working as a Fullstack Developer for at least 3 years
- You’ve worked 2+ years with React and Node.js
- You’re independent, proactive, and love solving complex problems
- You thrive in fast-paced, startup-like environments
- You’re fluent in both Swedish and English
- You bring analytical depth and think critically about code and product
- You care about performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Most importantly: you love tech, you ship fast, and you don’t wait for permission
