We are currently seeking a motivated Human Resources student to join our team on a part-time intern basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR in a global company with an office of multinational colleagues while continuing their academic studies.
Position Overview:
As an Intern HR Student, you will assist the HR department with daily operations, administrative tasks, and HR projects. You’ll gain exposure to various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and more. You will be located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases.
- Support the coordination of employee onboarding, employee gatherings, events and daily duties.
- Help with drafting HR documents and internal communications.
- Assist with handbook and policy documentation.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and thoughtful approach.
- Quick-thinking and adaptable, with an agile mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software tools used in the workplace.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully within a collaborative team environment..
