Contract Details:
  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (with possible extension or conversion)

  • Pay Rate: C$70 - C$80/hour
  • Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours/week (core business hours)
Job Summary:
Join a Top 10 Canadian bank as an Info Security Analyst supporting the End User Computing (EUC) Governance program. This role focuses on technology risk management, ensuring controls, inventory, and governance standards are applied effectively across EUC assets. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, support operational processes, and contribute to risk monitoring and reporting in a dynamic financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support EUC inventory analysis, reporting, and risk monitoring.
  • Manage operational processes to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Investigate production issues, test resolutions, and document outcomes.
  • Gather business requirements for EUC enhancements and liaise with technology teams.
  • Assist with solution design reviews and implementation support.
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding EUC standards and system processes.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint content and documentation.
Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of professional experience (preferably in banking or financial services)
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber and technology risk assessments
  • 5+ years working with ServiceNow
  • 5+ years working with JIRA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Experience with Archer GRC
  • Prior work in EUC governance or IT asset management
  • SharePoint update and publication experience
Required Skills:
  • Cybersecurity and technology risk assessment expertise
  • Advanced Excel analysis and reporting
  • ServiceNow administration and workflow knowledge
  • JIRA for project/issue management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Skills:
  • SharePoint content management
  • Risk reporting and monitoring
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
