Product UX Designer (m/f/d)

Have a direct impact on our business success by driving the research strategy and designing exceptional experiences across Cense products.

We are looking for an experienced hands-on UX professional to join our team. You will have the opportunity to get involved in every area of the product design process from research to implementation and iteration as well as translate customer insights and business requirements into conceptual ideas.

CENSE provides vital services to anti-organized-crime task forces and the banking sector to combat money laundering and terrorist financing. Our mission is to help analysts and investigators to keep our society safe, keeping human-made horrors out while enabling everyday users to onboard their crypto assets safely into the financial system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX research strategy and operations
• Translate findings into actionable insights and user-centred designs
• Develop user profiles and map out needs and behaviours

What You Bring

• 3+ years of UX design experience
• Experience in conducting UX research
• Proficiency in tools like Figma

Nice to have:

• Passion for CeFi and DeFi
• Experience with compliance or regulatory processes
• Experience with Accounting
