Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, CLT model and salary range is 8,000-12,000 real/mo.

Day to Day

A client in the Oil & Gas industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This person will be managing multiple existing projects, that are ranging in size. The Project Coordinator will be working with multiple product teams, with several team members sitting internationally, and will frequently need to coordinate communication to people outside of product teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with project controls, dashboards, tracking F&A etc., as each project is in varying stages of development. He/She will apply developed subject matter knowledge to build relationships, proactively track the ins and outs (who is doing what, their costs and assigned projects, maintains our SharePoint site for contents).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordinator experience
• Azure DevOps or similar tool for project tracking
• Strong English communication
• Experience working in enterprise company and global teams
