Our ATM Tower Team is shaping the future of the digital airport tower. Using state-of-the-art technology, we enable remote monitoring of airports, ensure seamless communication, and support air traffic controllers in bringing thousands of people safely to their destinations – every single day.
Key Tasks
- You will work on projects that create real social value – contributing to safe, efficient, and modern airports worldwide.
- You will coordinate teams, oversee budgets, schedules, and quality, and closely support customers on their path to innovative solutions.
- Your projects help master complex systems, protect human lives, and build trust in the digital transformation of aviation.
- You will ensure compliance with internal project standards and establish an effective project infrastructure.
- You will conduct continuous project controlling and provide transparent reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will take responsibility for risk, claim, and change management, proactively responding to evolving conditions.
- A completed degree in a technical or business field (ideally with an IT focus) and at least 6 years of experience in managing complex software projects
- Proven experience in leading project teams
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel internationally (10–20%)
- Ideally: experience or strong interest in the aviation sector
