What You’ll Do
- Design user interfaces from wireframes to final visual designs, ensuring usability and simplicity.
- Participate in defining the product roadmap by contributing insights from a user experience perspective.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Prototype and test UX designs to meet user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve the UX of the product.
- Work closely with other designers to ensure alignment across all features.
- 7+ years of UX/Product design experience, ideally in SaaS or EdTech.
- Strong portfolio that shows your design process and impact.
- Advanced Figma skills (designing, prototyping, design systems).
- Experience running user interviews, usability testing and design validation.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to work across teams and cultures.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Based in Dubai.
- Background in e-learning or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers.
