In this role, you will streamline software development and deployment processes while ensuring system reliability and scalability. Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve problem tickets and service desk requests in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to improve system integration and workflow automation.

• Perform regular system checks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.

• Document procedures and provide guidance to team members on DevOps practices.

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve operations.

• Proven experience in DevOps engineering or a related IT support role.

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its various tools.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes for container management and deployment.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
