Job Title: Senior Power Platform Architect & Developer

Job Summary: Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end business solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platform suite. Works closely with stakeholders to automate workflows, build applications, and enhance business productivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop end-to-end solutions using Power Apps (canvas App & Model Driven Apps), Power Automate (cloud & Power Automate Desktop),
• Translate business needs into functional Power Platform solutions.
• Configure apps, workflows, and data models
• Design and Lead architecture decisions across Power Platform components.
• Ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance.
• Guide offshore development teams through technical leadership
• Manage environments, user roles, and permissions.
• Monitor usage, performance, and health of Power Platform components.
• Implement governance, DLP policies, and auditing
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems using connectors and APIs.
• Implement custom logic using Power Fx, JavaScript, and Azure Functions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and translate requirements.
• Power Apps:
• Design and build Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Customize app forms, views, and business logic.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Integrate data using Dataverse and custom connectors.
• Power Automate (Cloud & Power Automate Desktop)
• Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows.
• Develop RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in Power Fx and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with Dataverse and common data models.
• Experience with UI automation and API-based integrations
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform admin portals.
• Attention to security, compliance, and best practices.
• Analytical skills for monitoring and reporting
• Experience with custom connector creation
