Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Product Data Scientist to partner closely with Product Managers, engineers, designers, and other cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making. This role is about more than just analyzing numbers—you’ll shape product strategy, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and help us design better experiences for our users.

Core Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Data Science with extensive experience in research and experimentation to assess impact, drive product improvements, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Expertise in statistics, A/B testing, and experiment design, with a track record of translating insights into actionable product recommendations.

• Product-focused data science background—comfortable with strategic recommendations, collaborating closely with Product Managers, and effectively communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and report building.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Superset, Eppo, and Airflow to enhance data infrastructure and support seamless experimentation workflows.

• Experience with SEO, acquisition, conversion optimization, or growth-related analytics, though strong general product data science expertise is valued as well.

Other Traits:

• Highly motivated and effective at communicating insights with diverse cross-functional teams.

• Skilled at understanding and translating complex data into user-centric, growth-focused recommendations.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, ideally with experience in consumer tech or other high-growth product-driven settings.

• English fluency and great communication skills.

• Ability to overlap 5h-6h/day with GMT-7.
