Job Title: Python Developer

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (Contract – Extendable)

Rate: €300-€400 per day (Gross)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in developing scalable microservices and deploying containerized applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role involves designing, building, and maintaining microservices, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability and performance of applications in production.

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Proven experience in developing microservices.
• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, App Engine.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Solid experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, independent working, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based microservices that are scalable, efficient, and secure.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications on GCP Cloud Run and related services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in line with coding standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in microservices and cloud computing.
