Mediaworks is an Istanbul-based digital advertising and media agency founded in 2016. Since day one, we’ve been growing steadily and delivering award-winning work. We are now looking for a Junior Digital Art Director to join our team and contribute to our journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas and concepts tailored to incoming briefs

• Design digital banners, interactive ad formats, and social media creatives

• Create visual concepts for advergames, interactive videos, and other digital experiences

• Take part in web interface and user-experience–focused design processes

• Contribute to motion design and basic video editing projects

• Stay up to date with design, technology, and AI trends to introduce fresh approaches

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields

• Strong portfolio (must be included in the application)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and preferably Figma

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and a genuine curiosity for new technologies

• Understanding of digital formats such as banners, buttons, and interactive visuals

• Creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn and grow

• Team player with a positive and productive mindset
