Sr. Digital Art Director

Mediaworks is an Istanbul-based digital advertising and media agency founded in 2016. Since day one, we’ve been growing steadily and delivering award-winning work. We are now looking for a Senior Digital Art Director to strengthen our creative output and bring high-level craft and consistency to our digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong creative concepts and visual directions for digital campaigns based on briefs

• Execute and oversee the design of digital banners, social media creatives, and rich media formats with high attention to detail

• Take an active role in UX/UI design processes for websites and mobile applications

• Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for landing pages, websites, and apps

• Contribute to interactive projects such as advergames, interactive videos, and digital experiences

• Work closely with developers and other team members to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation

• Maintain and elevate overall visual quality and consistency across projects

• Support the team with presentation-ready visual materials when needed

• Follow and apply new design, technology, and AI trends to daily work

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Graphic Design, or related fields

• Strong portfolio showcasing both campaign work and UI/UX projects (web & mobile)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator is a must; After Effects is a plus)

• Good level of Figma (primarily for UI design and handoff)

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design

• Experience in website and mobile app design (landing pages, product interfaces, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of digital ad formats and production requirements

• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools

• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

• Detail-oriented, fast, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Team-oriented with a practical and solution-focused mindset
