Your tasks
- Conduct a detailed assessment of Core Network elements (HSS, STP/DRA, PGW, SMSC, Voice Service, PIG, IP allocation)
- Review and analyse processes on which the mobile network is based to identify performance bottlenecks
- Provide recommendations and solutions to improve network efficiency, stability, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with the Client’s Network Operations team to support knowledge transfer and skill development
- Proven experience as a Network Architect or Senior Network Operations Engineer in mobile networking (2G/3G/4G LTE/5G)
- Strong knowledge of Core Network protocols and technologies (Diameter, RADIUS, GTP v1/v2, SIP, SIGTRAN, IP routing/switching, BGP, VPN, Firewall, Wireshark)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Scalyr, Grafana)
- Ability to perform network assessments, analyse performance issues, and deliver actionable recommendations
