Job Summary:

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and administration of ServiceNow applications. This role involves analyzing issues, developing solutions, and managing the lifecycle of IT processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM), Change Management, Problem Management, Portfolio Management, and Project Management.


  • Key Responsibilities:Ticket Management: Handle and resolve tickets by analyzing and understanding the problem.
  • Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Testing and Changes: Conduct thorough testing and manage changes to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • ITSM Implementation: Implement and manage ITSM processes within ServiceNow.
  • Change Management: Manage and process change requests and service catalog items.
  • Problem Management: Identify, analyze, and resolve problems to minimize the impact on business operations.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage project portfolios within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Project Management: Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is highly desirable.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and other relevant tool languages.

Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Language: Fluent in English (C2 proficiency level).

  • Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


  • Preferred Qualifications:Additional certifications in ServiceNow or related fields.
  • Experience with other IT management tools and frameworks.
