Paris office (3 days per week in office and 2 days work from home)

🌍 ABOUT THE COMPANY

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI startup that’s redefining how healthcare is delivered thanks to AI. This is a chance to join a high-growth, mission-driven company at a pivotal stage of expansion. The company has offices in France and the USA and is currently under 200 employees.

🛠️ THE ROLE

You’ll be joining the product organisation in Paris at a pivotal moment, as the team expands to support multiple engineering squads (machine learning, platform, and application). This is a role for someone who wants to stay close to the work: no line management, but high ownership and responsibility.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Partnering with engineers and designers to bring new features from concept to launch
  • Translating user research and data insights into clear priorities and roadmap items
  • Breaking down complex technical challenges into actionable solutions for teams
  • Owning the execution cycle — ensuring features are shipped with speed and quality
  • Acting as the voice of both the user and the business when trade-offs need to be made
  • Contributing to longer-term product strategy alongside the Head of Product and exec team

âś… YOUR PROFILE

  • 8+ years total experience, with at least 4–5 years as a Product Manager
  • Strong engineering or computer science background
  • Proven track record of shipping technical products in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven environments
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startups (<500 employees) where ambiguity is the norm
  • Strong systems thinker who can see the bigger picture but isn’t afraid to dive into details
  • Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communicator, able to adapt to both technical and non-technical audiences (English required, French optional)

🚀 WHY JOIN

  • Be part of a mission-driven team making a tangible impact in healthcare
  • Work with talented product, engineering, and design colleagues in Paris
  • Shape the design culture and systems of a company at scale-up stage
  • Competitive salary + meaningful equity
