Product Manager

Your team

An opportunity has come up in our New Bets Sports Tribe for a Product Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a pivotal role in redefining the football betting industry through cutting-edge platform and frontend technology, including AI and personalisation. You’ll be responsible for driving the development of some of the most innovative products in the betting market and you’ll shape football betting within the largest UKI football betting brands: Betfair, Paddy Power, and Sky Betting and Gaming.

What You’ll Do

• Run product discovery processes to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
• Execute product development with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Manage a product backlog, ensuring the most impactful products and features are delivered.
• Work in a startup culture within a large corporate environment, fostering creativity and agility.
• Organise hackathons and design sprints to foster innovation and rapid prototyping.
  
  

How You’ll Do It

• Demonstrate you can navigate complex organisational structures and operate in an environment of change and ambiguity.
• Passionate about product management, technology and innovation and open to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead discussions.
• You’ll be research led and always thinking about the customer.
• To add immediate value an understanding or passion for football would be hugely beneficial.
