Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a banking project in Luxembourg:

Type: Time & Materials = 210 man/days

Senior: Minimum 7 years of experience

Duration: 01 October 2025 – 10 August 2026

Volume: Maximum 210 person-days

Pay Rate: Negotiable

Location: Onsite Luxembourg

Tasks to be performed:

The successful achievement of the objectives of the Assignment involves the following tasks:

• Analysis and documentation of As-Is processes and functionalities
• Elicit, conceptualize and document business requirements for new IT developments and, if applicable, reporting requirements
• Creation of the project documentation - Business case, detailed requirements, test cases, etc.
• Creation and maintenance of application documentation - functional documentation, user manual, etc.
• Testing preparation, execution and documentation

Deliverables include:

• As-Is process documentation
• Business requirements and project documentation
• Functional and user documentation
• Test cases and execution reports
• Support for integration and automation enhancements

Key areas include:

• Analysis and documentation of current (As-Is) processes and functionalities
• Elicitation and documentation of business requirements for new IT developments
• Creation of project documentation (business case, detailed requirements, test cases)
• Maintenance of application documentation (functional specs, user manuals)
• Preparation and execution of testing activities

Team Composition:

The consultant must demonstrate experience in:

• Business analysis for IT projects in large banks
• Review of business processes (as-is) and design of new business processes (to be)
• The testing of IT applications in the financial field
• PowerBI dashboard implementation
• Writing manuals
• As business analyst in the context of IT migration projects (from old to new systems) would be an advantage

The consultant must demonstrate knowledge in:

• Modelling technics and languages: UML
• SQL
• Financial products (loans, etc)
• English writing skills (C1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), French is recommended (B2 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
