Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement.

Mandatory skills

• Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing software development or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with global or nearshore/offshore teams.
