We are preparing for an exciting transformation initiative in Muscat, Oman, and are seeking experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants to join our team onsite. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute change management strategies and plans across the organization.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to frontline staff.
• Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in delivering project outcomes.

• Proven experience in delivering OCM initiatives in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Practical, results-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities.
• Ability to navigate cultural nuances and build trust across teams.

• Willingness to work onsite in Oman.
