Our SaaS client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their Sydney office to help drive the Product roadmap and optimise the delivery of their technical team.

This company is in scale-up mode and have a brilliant range of products that will keep expanding and offering new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Bridging the gap between marketing & technical teams
• Develop and maintain a clear product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Performance reviews, optimising team flow, sprints, collating information for devs
• Negotiating what's in the roadmap vs minor improvements vs bugs
• Support go-to-market planning and execution with marketing and customer success teams.
• Ensure alignment across all teams to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.

Key experience/skills:

• Previously worked for a SaaS company in a Product Manager role
• Demonstrated experience optimising and organising a SaaS dev team
• Solid PM skills
• Attentional to detail, influencing & relationship building skills
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the aptitude to challenge in a constructive manner
• The ability to problem solve, deliver real-world outcomes and handle shifting priorities

The role will be a permanent position paying $190,000 package.
