We are looking for a Dutch UX Researcher to strengthen the Concept & UX Chapter of one of our clients' teams. You will shape the future of digital experiences (web, mobile, and employee tools) by ensuring customer insights are embedded at every stage of the design cycle.
What are your responsibilities?
- Lead end-to-end user research for strategic projects (discovery + evaluative).
- Prepare research plans, recruit users, and conduct interviews, usability tests, card sorting, diary studies, etc.
- Analyse results, translate into actionable recommendations, and deliver clear test reports.
- Proactively identify research opportunities and introduce new test methods.
- Evangelise user research: explain its benefits, involve team members, and raise the maturity of the UX Chapter.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to ensure insights guide design and business decisions.
What profile are we looking for?
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in UX Research (qualitative methods, usability testing, user journeys).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills: able to turn findings into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Dutch (mandatory) and fluent English (mandatory). French is a plus.
- Corporate experience required.
- Experience in Agile contexts is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
