Staff Fullstack Engineer - Remote (Europe)

I am working with fast-growing SaaS company is looking for an experienced Staff Fullstack Engineer to lead the development of high-impact, user-facing products. This senior-level role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and build scalable, performant systems that deliver real value to end users.

The company are profitable, and have just gone through a funding round worth hundred of millions, so it is an exciting time to join and make an instant impact within the team.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical leadership, product thinking, and hands-on experience across the stack - particularly in backend services (Node.js, PHP), modern frontend frameworks (React, TypeScript), and database systems. This is an opportunity to shape product architecture, mentor engineers, and drive high-quality software delivery in a dynamic, fully remote environment.

Requirements:

• Based in Europe (remote role - time zone alignment required)

• Strong experience with Node.js, PHP, React, and TypeScript

• Proven experience in a senior position

• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing features that improve product outcomes

• Comfortable collaborating with Product and Design to define and build user experiences

• Solid understanding of relational databases, testing, and CI/CD workflows

• Strong communication, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
