Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Having 1+ years of experience in Subscription Apps or 3+ years of experience in other software development areas
  • Being proficient in math and reading
  • Being a data enthusiast when it comes to decision-making
  • Considering conversion rate optimization as second nature
  • Bringing in your own know-how and new approaches
  • Having a good understanding or experience in software development, database management, and data analytics
  • Being familiar with the following technologies is required: JSON configs, SQL, cloud services, LLMs
  • Being a self-starter; not waiting for precise instructions, creating your own
  • Leading more inexperienced product managers and taking responsibility for their development
  • Being able to determine what is more impactful and what is not among more than 20+ apps in iOS, Android, and Web domains
  • Being a prioritization and constant shipment master
  • Being able to work under pressure of lots of decision-making which all affect each other
  • Being able to articulate yourself clearly. Knowing the difference between what you intended to articulate and what the other party understood
  • Being brave and approaching problems with the "if it can be done, it will be done" mindset
