As the company scales, the infrastructure team is at the heart of ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
You’ll be part of a collaborative culture where engineering, product, and security teams genuinely work together, and where your impact is both visible and valued.
You’ll Be:
- Designing and scaling multi-cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS
- Building Kubernetes clusters that scale reliably and efficiently
- Creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines developers want to use
- Implementing proper observability and monitoring across systems
- Driving incident response, root cause analysis, and resilience improvements
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, modern infrastructure
You’ll Bring:
- 3–5+ years of DevOps/infrastructure experience in production environments
- Hands-on knowledge of both AWS and Azure
- Strong Kubernetes expertise (beyond the basics)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform or similar)
- Scripting/automation skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- CI/CD pipeline design and operation
- Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Security-first approach in cloud and containerised environments
Bonus point:
- Experience with no-code platforms or hybrid/multi-cloud setups
- Certifications such as AWS DevOps Engineer or CKA
