Project Description:
C&A Services is the internationally active IT system house and European data center for all C&A companies. Based in Düsseldorf, we support the retail by providing IT services and developing IT solutions on an international level for C&A in Europe.
Improve Online Return process: Implementation of the Pre-refund feature. Goal definition: Successful rollout of pre-refund in several countries.
Responsibilities:
• Work on the implementation of pre-refund (instant refund for returns): prepare business requirements for pre-refund implementation, coordinate all workstreams and ensure their tasks are completed on time, perform thorough E2E tests, support the main project manager in project-management related to-dos.
• Work on other digital features to develop the business and enhance growth
•Help to merge the Online and Offline business by being the product owner of Click & Collect as one of our major omnichannel features in order to offer customers a seamless and convenient shopping experience
•Coordinate the daily business, work on occurring tasks and make sure that all processes are running by monitoring respective reports and KPI's
•Estimate and evaluate efforts of new business opportunities
•Participate and contribute with expertise in C&A projects
Mandatory Skills Description:
* Result-oriented with time and self-management skills
* Good communication and moderation skills
* Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and desires
* Analytical thinking
* Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration or equivalent education.
* Experience in eCommerce business or project management.
* English C1
