Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with main contractors, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams. This role demands hands-on leadership, excellent planning skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee high-rise building projects, ensuring effective management and execution from pre-construction to handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of high-rise building projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Implement and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards on-site.
• Resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
• Mentor and guide project team members, ensuring high productivity and professional development.
• Provide regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in UAE construction projects, specifically high-rise buildings.
• Must have worked with a main contractor in similar projects.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contract management, and site operations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on leadership experience in high-rise projects.
