We’re Hiring: Talent Resource Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Brisbane | Hybrid (blend of home and client-site work)

Impellam is seeking a Talent Resource Administrator / Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment operations and deliver an exceptional experience to clients, candidates, and suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to support for our Talent Resource Partners, coordinating recruitment activities and keeping communication seamless.
• Manage and respond to client queries through our Freshdesk ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance and quality standards are met while driving continuous improvement.
• Administer our Vendor Management System (SAP Fieldglass) for job postings, work orders, and extensions.
• Provide hands-on administrative support: background checks, timesheets, reporting, and more.
• Collaborate with onboarding teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a customer-service or recruitment/TA role, ideally in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to priorities and respond quickly.
• A passion for building and maintaining relationships.
• Bonus points if you have experience in MSP/RPO, contingent labour, or SAP Fieldglass.
