IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation Projects – €70,000–€80,000

This traditional family-owned company, a market leader in art logistics, is investing heavily in digital transformation and building modern IT systems from the ground up.

They are now looking for an IT Project Manager (Project Lead) to take ownership of business-critical projects, from requirements engineering to delivery.

Projects range from introducing new e-invoicing processes (starting with Belgium and Poland) to larger-scale initiatives such as cloud migrations and integrating AI into the business.

Your responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into structured tasks and live business cases
• Define scope, coordinate priorities, and ensure everyone understands the project goals
• Lead task tracking and progress reporting
• Collaborate with internal customers and development teams to deliver solutions
• Work closely with technical coleagues when needed to support execution

What you bring:

• Strong experience in IT project management, ideally in digital transformation contexts
• Excellent requirements engineering and business analysis skills
• Ability to coordinate projects across different departments
• Structured, organised, and pragmatic mindset. No programming knowledge needed, but an understanding of IT systems and processes is essential
• Excellent German language skills
