🌐 Chief DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Chief Kubernetes Engineer to lead the design, automation, and optimisation of enterprise-grade container orchestration in the cloud. This is a senior-level opportunity to shape the architecture, tooling, and strategy for a large-scale AWS EKS environment, working alongside a diverse, highly skilled global team.

What you’ll do:

• Architect and evolve a secure, high-availability Kubernetes platform in AWS (EKS) at scale.
• Automate deployments, integrations, and operations using modern DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Provide expert guidance to infrastructure and development teams, acting as a mentor and technical authority.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Drive platform improvements by introducing innovative solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business objectives.

What you bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on Kubernetes engineering experience, ideally with AWS EKS.
• Strong AWS expertise (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, Load Balancing, Storage, Lambda).
• Proficiency in DevOps/IaC tooling such as Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of container security, observability, and performance optimisation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.
