Nexus IT is a specialized recruitment agency connecting top talent with leading IT firms across the globe. We're currently hiring a Graduate Data Analyst on behalf of a forward-thinking technology consulting company.
This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in data analysis. You’ll work closely with skilled data analysts and project teams on real client engagements, contributing to impactful insights while building a strong foundation in analytics and technical skills.
As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will:
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel
- Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and trends
- Summarize insights into clear reports and visual presentations
- Document data sources, processes, and methodologies
- Collaborate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
We’re looking for a motivated graduate who is keen to grow into a professional data analyst role:
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Basic knowledge of SQL or a strong interest in learning it
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with a drive to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Business, Computer Science)
