Senior Frontend Developer - Trading Platform

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months – with possibility of extension
Location: Zürich
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the current trading platform by improving and creating new libraries and frameworks using JavaScript, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate directly with traders and business owners to capture user requirements, design, and implement innovative solutions in an agile environment.
• Apply hands-on expertise in Unix operating system, bash scripting, and Node.js to deliver robust frontend features.
• Ensure high standards of decision-making, problem-solving, and code quality throughout the platform.
• Communicate effectively in English and demonstrate strong teamwork to thrive in an agile development environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Profound hands-on skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Node.js technologies.
• Strong understanding of Unix operating system and bash scripting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a proven team player mindset.
• Previous experience working in the financial industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in agile development environments and collaborate with diverse teams.
