POSITION SUMMARY - Senior Product Manager for enterprise security technology and services, you will work to develop the product strategy and service definition enterprise cyber platform offerings. You will define the target operating model, develop product engagement strategies, build service designs and framework patterns, and drive roadmap execution. Partnering closely with OPS infrastructure stakeholders, technical architects, engineers, and clients, youll ensure major cyber tools and technologies are delivered as repeatable, secure-by-design services

Experience & Skill Set Requirements

1. Product Management & Strategic Operating Model (30%)

· Define product vision, launch plans, and multi-year roadmaps for security services

· Develop target operating models: roles, processes, governance, and tooling for service delivery

· Craft customer engagement strategies: needs analysis, value propositions, and adoption campaigns

· Track market trends, competitive landscapes, and product metrics (adoption, ROI, risk reduction)

2. Core Security Technology Domains (35%)

· Identity & Access Management: SSO, MFA, PKI, RBAC/ABAC patterns

· Data Protection: DLP (endpoint, network, discovery), encryption (TDE, tokenization), Data Safe/Guardium monitoring

· Infrastructure Security: IaaS/PaaS/SaaS hardening, network segmentation (firewalls, security groups, SASE)

· Security Operations: SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel) ingestion pipelines, SOAR automation, endpoint detection (Defender, Cortex XDR)

3. Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

· Lead Agile product teams: backlog management, sprint planning, user-story definition, retrospectives

· Facilitate interdisciplinary workshops: threat modeling, design sprints, pilot validations

· Coordinate security design engineering implementation: threat modeling and design, CI/CD integration, infrastructure-as-code, deployment

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance (15%)

· Establish and chair product steering committees, architecture review boards, and governance forums

· Negotiate scope, priorities, and SLAs with business owners, vendors, and client representatives

· Communicate product status, risk posture, and change impacts
